Präsenz- und Live-Training im Grugapark in Essen!
Der Unterricht findet auf Deutsch statt (und in Englisch falls benötigt).
Wir werden uns auf die erste Form mit vielen Korrekturen plus Anwendungen konzentrieren. Zudem ist am Abend eine Weihnachtsfeier des CTND Essen geplant :)
Kurszeiten:
Samstag von 13.30 bis 19.00 Uhr (inklusive Pausen)
Sonntag von 9.30 bis 14.30 Uhr (inklusive Pausen)

In-person and live training in Grugapark in Essen.
Teaching will be done in German and in English if needed.
We will focus on first form and individual training and applications.
Course Times:
Saturday from 1.30 pm to 7 pm (plus breaks in between)
Sunday from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm (with a break in between)
