Free Class – Chen-Style Taijiquan (Yilu)

Join our free class open to all CTNAcademy-members. In this session we will go through the First Road (Yilu) of Chen-Style Taijiquan, repeating the form section by section. We will see how far we come :) This class is mainly for those who have learnt the first road or parts of it and who would like to repeat it. 

The class offers time for practice, clarification of details, and space for your questions. Whether you want to refine your movements or deepen your understanding of the form, everyone is welcome to join.
