Weekend Class: Yilu Corrections Section 1-3 and 4-7

Times: 4.30pm - 7.30pm (CET) with a short break in between (ca. 10 min.).

This workshop is about the first road (yilu) of Chen Taijiquan in the tradition of Chen Fake, Chen Zhaokui and Chen Yu as taught by Nabil Ranné. In this workshop we will focus on individual corrections. The two days can be booked separately.
Saturday: Sections 1-3
Sunday: Sections 4-7
We will go through several stages, check on the hand methods (zhangfa), the leg methods (bufa) and the body method (shenfa), doing both corrections with the whole group but also individually. Of course we won't be able to do all complete sections like this but we will get as far as possible.
