Join us for an online Taiji training session focused on building strength and enhancing functional movement. This workshop illustrates how traditional Taiji principles are integrated with some classic Chen Taijiquan strengthening exercises using various equipment to deepen your practice and develop whole-body strength.
What To Bring:
