Präsenz- und Live-Training im Grugapark in Essen!
Der Unterricht findet auf Deutsch statt (und in Englisch falls benötigt).
Wir werden uns auf erste Form, Anwendungen, individuelle Schulungen der Bewegungen konzentrieren und einige Selbstverteidigungskonzepte aus dem Taijiquan einüben (selbstverständlich unter Beachtung der möglichen Corona-Einschränkungen).
Kurszeiten:
Samstag von 13.00 bis 18.00 Uhr (dazwischen eine Stunde Pause)
Sonntag von 9.30 bis 14.30 Uhr (dazwischen eine Stunde Mittagspause)

In-person and live training in Grugapark in Essen.
Teaching will be done in German and in English if needed.
We will focus on first form and individual training and applications if Corona restrictions allow.
Course Times:
Saturday from 13 pm to 6 pm (one hour break in between)
Sunday from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm (one hour lunch break in between)
