Präsenz- und Live-Training im Grugapark in Essen!

Der Unterricht findet auf Deutsch statt (und in Englisch falls benötigt).

Wir werden uns auf erste Form, Anwendungen, individuelle Schulungen der Bewegungen konzentrieren und einige Selbstverteidigungskonzepte aus dem Taijiquan einüben.

Kurszeiten:

Samstag von 10.00 bis 17.00 Uhr (dazwischen eine Stunde Pause)

Sonntag von 9.30 bis 14.30 Uhr (inklusive Pause)

Teaching will be done in German and in English if needed.

We will focus on first form and individual training and applications.

Course Times:

Saturday from 10 pm to 5 pm (one hour break in between)

Sunday from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm (with a break in between)

If the class has not enough participants we will refund the fee immediately. In case one single class cannot take place we will notify you beforehand. This should be a rare case however :)a
