Präsenz- und Live-Training in Bonn!
Der Unterricht findet auf Deutsch statt (und in Englisch falls benötigt).
Wir werden uns auf die erste Form mit vielen Korrekturen plus einigen Anwendungen konzentrieren. Dabei betrachten wir auch die Arbeit mit relevanten Akupunkturpunkten, die unser Taijiquan gehaltvoller werden lassen und für mehr Verbundenheit und Kraft in den Bewegungen sorgen.
Kurszeiten:
Samstag von 14.30 bis 19.30 Uhr (inklusive Pausen)
Sonntag von 9.00 bis 13.30 Uhr (inklusive Pausen)
