Description

For whom

This course is suitable for participants who know Sections 1 through 6 (Section 6 is like Section 3). In six days, I would like to go through these sections fluidly but slowly in each session.

Isn't it true that in our daily training we rarely run the Yilu form in one piece? Now you have the opportunity to practice sections 1 to 6 six times in six training sessions.

Long story short: That means in each session we practice Section 1 through 6. 


Goal

The goal of this course is to develop a good flow for the form. Your flow will certainly improve within 6 weeks.


Content

After a brief welcome, we jump right into the movement training. Since I want to take as much time as possible for this, we ask that you warm up before the training begins. I will provide you with a video that you should use to warm up. This will prepare your muscles, fascia and nerves for the training. 

At the end of each run, there will be time for questions.

Of course, every session will be recorded. So you won't miss anything if you can't make it on one of the dates.

This course is held in English - with a charming German accent. ;o)
