Description

For whom:
This course is suitable for participants who know sections 1 to 7 and would like to go through them fluently as a short review between the other courses. Even those who do not yet know all the sections and would like to get a first glimpse of the entire form are welcome. It is not necessary to be particularly confident in the movements. Confidence always comes with repetition.

Content:
After a short welcome we get right into repetition of the Yilu. We repeat it 2 times with a short break inbetween. There will also be enough time for some questions.
